These are the terms on which thekanjo.com, the website for The Kanjo, is made available by its publisher, Daineku (daineku.com). By using the site you accept them.

The site exists to share information about The Kanjo, a video game currently in development. You may browse it, link to it and share its public pages. You may not misuse it — for example by attempting to access the administration area, interfering with its operation, or reproducing its assets as though they were your own.

Development information

Everything shown here describes a game that is still being made. Features, mechanics, screenshots, footage, vehicles, locations and interface details may change or be removed before release, and nothing on this site is a commitment that any of them will appear in a finished product.

No release date, platform, price or store availability is confirmed unless it has been officially announced by Daineku. Where the site says something is not yet announced, it is not yet announced.

Intellectual property

The Kanjo, its name, logos, artwork, screenshots, footage, text and design belong to Daineku and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They are shown here for information. You may share them in the ordinary way — a screenshot in a post, a link to a page — but you may not use them commercially, present them as your own, or use them to suggest an association with Daineku that does not exist.

Third-party marks and services

YouTube, TikTok, Patreon, Steam and other names and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates where The Kanjo can be found or followed and does not imply any endorsement of, or by, those companies. Content embedded from those services is provided under their own terms.

The site links to other websites. Daineku does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. It may be changed, be unavailable for a time, or be withdrawn, without notice. Daineku does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top is the date of the current version; continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
